Dave did a great job with Maxima's character I think. Even from the bank introduction I could see that Max only presents as a by the book hard-ass. A military officer HAS to act that way. Obviously she has a lot more depth and heart but is wise enough to only let it out when necessary.
I dig Max because she is the most believable character by IMO.
