Excellent! Simply excellent! Though, since I'm an advacate of honest opinion, you shoud know that (though I'm sure I'm not the only one to say something) creepy truckers are sort of predictable. However, you're pacing up to the reveal was superb! Can't wait to read the next issue.
Seriously fantastic work, Dave.
p.s. I would have guessed the trucker from the novel "Jumper". The main character in that is named Dave and he has a "run-in" with the previously mentioned "creepy trucker" type character. But somene won that particular contest, lol.

it's alright. if you read on, you'll know that the trucker is a pretty inconsequential character in the grand scheme of things.
