Another one of my experiments in casting carved sandstone, this time in bronze. I'm pretty proud of this one, even though its' really heavy and a right bastard to carry, just like a real life whale!

It's been a real blast working with Paul Gittins in his bronze foundry, right back from my early trowls and forks to the more elaboratel pieces like this and my Cabinet of Curiousities, and I hope that he continue to teach and inspire other young artists like myself in the future!
