Awesome work! I like the detail of the nostrils, the snake on its shoulders and the horn like things coming from its wrists. It looks more natural and intimidating.

It's definitely more intimidating than the old 80's monster movie version. This creature actually looks like it was born out of a swamp, not a guy in a gooey costume.
