Well, I'm back to drawing my own variations of the X-wing starfighter again, and this one is yet to be my best work.

The design consist of a sleeker profile with an elongated body to house a larger power generator. As for the armaments, it consist of four wing mounted laser cannons, supplemented by another four blaster cannons also mounted on each wing, and a pair of proton torpedo launcher.

The extra weapons were inspired by a point made by Eckhartsladder in his video on how the later model of TIE fighters easily outclassed the X-wing, such as the TIE Intercepter and Defender have a total of six laser cannons with enough firepower to rip through most Alliance starfighters. Had those TIE models been further developed the Empire could've possibly won the war.
