My first thoughts on this: it's the first one I've seen so far in which your charaters are smiling. Though I should point out I just started to browse into your gallery and have only seen some of your work.

No you're quite right, there's not a lot of smiling in my work. I wouldn't say I'm an unhappy person though - on one level my art is a form of catharsis, a way of purging negative or unpleasant thoughts - which leaves me happier and more well-adjusted than people with no means to articulate their frustrations.

That's very interesting, and I'm glad about that--to have a means to find relief. It doesn't work the same with me--but I value your originality and imagination very much. Very unique, and many thought-provoking..
