Description
This is a rough concept sketch for Davian, a villain character I used to play him in a couple forum based RPGs. He was a blast, really enjoyed playing him.

Davian is a powerful anthropomorphic hellhound with a love of chaos and carnage. He is quite insane, and has two different mindsets that he switches between on a dime. The first is an arrogant and snide demeanor usually accompanied by his characteristic chershire grin. The second is a being consumed by rage who destroys everything in his path.

Davian has mastery over hellfire, a primal eldritch force that burns hotter and more painful than normal fire, and is also able to use any solid matter as fuel. Davian can conjure this fire effortlessly, and can also shape it and make it semisolid. In this way he can make all manor of things with it such as weapons, wings granting him personal flight, or just walls or barriers. Not only is Davian immune to fire in general, but fire licking his wounds will actually heal him. It requires twice as much water as normal to put hellfire out, but holy water puts it out instantly, and the right holy blessings can make the recipient immune to the fire for a time. In addition to this, Davian invented a form of Hellfire himself: Arcane Hellfire. Whereas normal hellfire burns blood red, arcane hellfire burns emerald green and uses magical energies as fuel, allowing him to dispel magical effects or even counter spells as they're being cast if he's quick enough. Finally, Davian thrives in heat. He himself has a high body temperature, and if that temperature increases (like, say, from being in an area ablaze with hellfire) he will start moving faster. Using this, he can easily reach superhuman speeds. Finally, Davian is able to brand willing supplicants with his sigil, allowing him to communicate with them (or punish them with searing pain) no matter where they are. The brands also contain an insidious charm woven into them; any who wear them will see all actions Davian takes in a good light.

Although many would look at Davian and see nothing but a mindless bloodthirsty brute, they would be wise not to underestimate him; for a crazed hellbeast Davian is surprisingly intelligent, a trait that can take his enemies off guard. Unfortunately, Davian is also very impatient, so his plans do not often come to fruition.

If there's one thing Davian hates more than anything else it's being bound to the service of another. He was once enslaved by an even more powerful shadow demon, but managed to escape the demon's service by joining forces with the members of a school for anything from combat arts to magic, people he was sent to destroy. With their help he stormed his former master's lair and banished him from the realm, but with the shadow demon's last act he cursed Davian, forcing him to obey the "goody two-shoes" people he had allied himself with until the end of his days. The collar that Davian wears was the device the shadow demon used to bind Davian to his will, so powerful and ancient that even Davian's Arcane Hellfire couldn't touch it. After his master's defeat, however, the device lost its power over him. Davian shattered the lock on it and wears it still as a reminder of the service that he still desires vengeance for.

:Please help me with face/head structure; I have trouble with muzzles particularly (especially how they interact with the mouth), but any help is welcome. A little help with the collar wouldn't be out of place either.
