It's hard to actually critique such a amazing artist. To be self taught and watch as his work progresses from great to phenomenal. In this piece, it is the softening of the hard shadow lines that makes such an impact and draw the viewer's attention in addition to the intense yet seemingly detached stare. The clean lines, utilizing the rule of thirds by not putting the image directly in the middle and the "cool" colors gives a graphic "urban" free that adds to the overall intense effect. Overall, I see no need to change this image, this is a truly stunning piece in more than one way, great job.

Pros: Nice framing of the face showing you are not afraid of cropping. Nice facial expression which really conveys her mood. Good use of cast shadows and ambiance shadows. Lastly, nice subtle color pallet.
Cons: While your line work does have tapering and a little weight variation I think you could push it a little further. I also think that your value range could stand to be one value more, especially for your hard highlights which could stand to be near white, not white, just near white. Instead of a white BG try a mooted green BG and this will make the colors of her skin stand out more.

You have drawn this very well, i like the purple you have used to shade the skin. My only critique for you is that a lot of the pictures in your gallery are very simple fanart with little to no background. You are a very good artist and you could exercise your skill much more by drawing more complex compositions and character poses. Try not to reference other anime artwork because if you do this the style of the other artist, and their flaws, will come out in your work as well.

Yeah. All of them are pretty young. Jin is the oldest at 19. I think Fuu is supposed to be 15. Its wild. Also, the guys from Yu Yu Hakusho are supposed to be in Junior High school.
