Description
When Thailand had economic problems, in the 90's, construction projects all over Bangkok suddenly halted and sat frozen in time for over a decade. After a long day of shooting, I was on an elevated platform, about to head home on a train, when I spotted this one.Related content

Well, several have been completed and others have not. From what I understand it depends on if any rebar was left exposed, so water could get in and cause it to rust to the point it is no longer structurally sound. Positioned right next to a BTS train station makes this property worth a lot more than others.
