I guess we could call Athena "the ribbon girl" because her appearance is full of ribbons - a ribbon on her head, ribbons on her shoes, even her earrings resemble ribbons! Her long shiny hair look like cape and this makes her reall pretty.
What could be improved in this picture is her arms. See, her right arm looks like it's almost twice longer than the left one... I hope my hint helps.
