I like that quite a deep shading of this drawing. The idea of tri-colored rainbow is pretty interesting, too. I'm not sure what her personality is like, but this character seems quite cute, too.
A little piece of critique on her shoulders: the angle they are placed is a little unnatural. The girl's shoulders should be broken to be able to bend like this. They should be a little lower.

Rainbow designs look very swet here. I like that also background is rainbow coloured, it fits to the idea of character very well. Also, I like bows in her hair, they look very cute to me and they make the character look even more beautiful.
