First off, nice job with the colors and with identifying the character!
A few things you can fix.
First off with the face, the eyes are too high on the head. Anime artists and cartoon artists do this very often. Higher the eyes, middle the nose and put down the mouth.
The background is a bit hard to look at. It doesn't blend with the picture very well.
Another thing, the human anatomy structure. Reference from certain models you can find online. The body looks very awkward in a way. The stomach doesn't look like it could exactly hold the head and arms and the fingers are a bit too pointy.
Otherwise, nice job with the picture! Keep on improving!

Your art is amazing! i suggest try making the chin not too pointed and dont be too much on the blurr. also, try fixing your lineart. i suggest sharpening the edges of your lineart. For the hair shading, try smoothing it out. also, try adding detail on the eyes and the hair. try doing a semi- realistic hair style (just a suggestion) Your eye lashes a little too big. try making several lashes that could match the eyes. try making them small. Also, dont make the body too thin. Try shaping it. all these are just some tips xD

Suppose Luigi found her like this. Here's how I think it'd go:
Luigi: (finds a bottle) What's-a this? That's a funny looking-a bottle. (examines it closer) The color scheme looks familiar, but it's-a smudged. (he rubs it, and suddenly, there's a huge poof) *cough cough* Mamma Mia, that's a dusty-a bottle.
Daisy: Not ta mention cramped. What a woild dis is. (I kinda portray Daisy with a Brooklyn accent)
Luigi: Princess-a Daisy?! What happened to ya?
Daisy: Luigi? I get toined into a genie and end up wit' you as my mastah?
Luigi: You're a genie now, and I'm-a your master?
Daisy: T' be honest, I was kinda hopin' ya wouldn't find like this. Well, since ya let me out, ya get three wishes. Just 'member that I can't kill anyone, or make them fall in love, or bring 'me back from the dead.
