That hair.... Love the bangs to cute. I really like how you changed the way you did the hair. Love the background as well its so sparkly ^D^ but what i'm really liking right now is her hair XD i dont know it just looks perfect especially with the pose she is doing. Now moving away from the hair (Q_Q XD) I think that her big earings is a nice combination with the smaller bits that she has such as her hair ordiment. Its not overwhelming and ya XD i really love the shading on the dress as well but one thing i would like to point out is probably doing some touch ups for example on the dress the line is over (i'm just being picky -3- but eh i cant draw all that well so XD who am i to say you need some touch ups)

I really like this character. I think you did a really great job on her. But, then again, you seem to do a really great job on everything you draw. you are an amazing artist. Her hair color and style is the cutest. She looks so royal and elegant in that dress and with those gloves on. I think her dress would look way better without the heart on it though. It is really cool how you had drawn the texture of her dress. The background color is a really sweet color and I like all the effects you added to it.
