What ever your political leanings, we can all safely agree Veep Joe Biden isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer. I imagine liberals cringe every time he opens his yap for fear of how far back he'll set the Democratic party. He came to Ottumwa a while back and ran his mouth off about stuff that pretty much made no sense -- all the while pretending to be profound. That made him fair game for a cartoon from me, because per the publisher I'm typically not allowed to do national commentary (and I'd much prefer to do that). I could have picked just about any foolishness that came out of his mouth to make fun of, but finally settled on his above statement about budgets.

You see, Joe doesn't DO budgets. Joe and his partners in crime have allowed the national debt to grow by about $5 trillion all under Obama's tyrannical rule. A Democratic lead Senate has yet to even submit a budget as of the time I drew this cartoon, anyway. Please keep in mind that as Vice President, Joe Biden presides over the senate. Essentially, Joe just ridiculed himself using his own father's words -- and smiled arrogantly while doing so.
