It's the Mantis Cruiser from the awesome game FTL: Faster Than Light by Subset Games. You should check it out, it’s great
The spaceship was modeled in Blender and textured in Substance Painter.

It has been damaged by battles against pirates and the rebels and is overgrown by space molds.
