No, in real life, breasts that big on a woman that muscular wouldn't be possible.
Just as in real life it isn't possible to develop abs strong enough to bend a quarter in half!!!!
That's why I draw them... because you can't find them in real life! I'd give up drawing if I was limited to only what's "possible" and "realistic".
