Yeah, I know it looks like I cheated by redrawing and recoloring the first one, but since Supergirl and Power Girl are pretty much alternative-universe versions of each other, I figure it was justified. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Hm, why would she smuggle peanuts inside her costume? Is she on a diet, and Lex would scold her, if he found out?

"Man, you don't make it easy for us, do you mate? Trying to pick between these two renditions is a tough job. Both drawings are splendid renditions of two of the most powerful females in the DC Universe. Me, I have to go with Tetsuko as Supergirl, because I've been a fan of hers longer than Power Girl. As for the head-to-head slugging match, you're right; both characters have (literally) identical abilities and power levels. The outcome would hinge more on a lucky or unlucky break one of them gets. Otherwise, they could beat the living daylights out of each other, and give no clear winner."

great work ( by the way i think that its not body paint, but latex suit. that's why her "attributes" are so obvious -am i right?)

Great stuff Dave! And you hit it on the head: there are only TWO reasons why DC created Power Girl in the first place. (What's the point of a parallel second-string character anyway?) We all know what those two reasons are and why PG managed to survive the original Crisis without even a retcon.

It should be obvious to anyone that she is really just using body paint. The cape is the only actual fabric there. Come on, Dave. Get on the ball, man.
