TCC = Tetsuko Cosplay CalendarConfession time: I know next to nothing about Samus Aran or Metroid in general.
Not being any sort of gamer (unless you count solitaire - and the last thing I need is something else to waste time on that I could be using to draw), I'm not familiar with a lot of the game characters many people have requested. Chun-Li , Lara Croft and (to a lesser extent) Mai Shiranui have reputations that extend beyond gaming fandom, so I did know a little about them when I did those calendars.
But I can see why a lot of you suggested Samus Aran as a cosplay character - the resemblance to Tetsuko is already very close, and she wouldn't even have to dye her hair.
I put her in this outfit because, well, it was the skimpiest I could find

well, first off, do you like Transformers? if so, perhaps you should dress up Tetsuko in a transformers outfit? Judging by the sad lack of (famous) female transformers, the choices are rather limited to either the G1 version of Arcee, or (and this is the one i prefer) the Beast Wars version of BlackArachnia.

Hmmm... I admit the last I followed Metroid was on the 8-bit NES. However, it's pretty interesting how you've set the 1960s-esque Hanna-Barbera "Fantastic Four" back drop vs. the "turn of the Millenium" character. Makes me think she's wondering how and where she got through the time warp.
Oh yes, and the character herself is very good, as always. Thanks for the timely update!

And yet, your calendars are so close to the characters Tet-chan portrays. Who you should research next? Morrigan from the "Darkstalkers" video game, one of the Evangelion girls, or if the Evangelion suits are too confining, Yoko from "Gurren Lagann".

Definately not a bad choice though I could see you drawing her in battle damaged armor that would give you leeway in how much of impressive muscularity Tet-chan is displaying... just a thought... and oh yes... where's the little brain sucker anyway? XD

Ah, the Fusion undergarments. Samus was depicted as a fairly muscular gal in that game sometimes, also. Her undergarments from Super Metroid revealed more, though...

Well, I'm sure HER Zero Suit uses the exact same amount of material as Samus' actually does...but since it is Tetsuko we're talking about here, of course it wouldn't cover as much skin.
