Now imagine Barad-Dur in real life, how would the world react?

Woah
I've been looking round your gallery recently and it's taken me this long to comment for the simple reason that I am in awe of just how amazing your pictures are. This one has so much atmosphere, it's amazing
Your people are so photorealistic that until I saw the WIP's I was convinced they were just photoshopped screenshots...
Amazing artwork, you really are a great example of what can be achieved if you keep practising

Wow, there's a certain serenity to this piece that is unusual for the subject, but it works so well. Great job .

yeah, I try to do some of my favorite locations from LOTR
yeah, the image was simpler
it's always harder for human portrait..

wish i could watch you paint. I just graduated from prisma colors to oils (working on my second painting) and loving it. I know I would greatly benefit from seeing color mixing, which paints go on top and which are underneath, and brush and knife techniques. All I've got for reference is weekly Bob Ross shows(which are extremely enlightening). I'm really pleased with the painting I'm working on right now. Love your work.
So here's what you do. Videotape a painting session, say 3 hours, then edit it in high fast forward turning it into a super turbo high velocity Benny Hill tutorial. lol. I've always wanted to do that with one of my drawings/sketches.

This is really nice! I especially love the background color, which gives a very ancient feeling.

yeah, thx a lot
I decided to do a few LOTR locations these days, they are less time consuming than characters and the results are nice so far
