Here's a few caps I took when I was doing the shading for Katniss. I usually do my lines and shading with marker/watercolor pencil, but markers aren't very precise actually, so they need to be faded and blended in using blenders(colorless).A useful tool to make corrections and help achieve an ultimate blending is STABILO-All surface that act like a 'veil' that en-light any color and helps uniform shading. I also use Prismacolor Premier's face colors that can also work on surface already colored with markers. I started doing that process from image 1 to 2. You can see the final version below and other tools/wip from previous HG work last year
