Wow, this is amazing! I wasn't that big of a fan of his costume in season 10, but this card looks so good. I love all of the small details, like the texture of his skin on his jaw, the blue lighting on his neck reflecting from his shirt, and his eyes are perfect. You really captured his determined expression. I wish I could have half the speed you do; you put up so many pieces so quickly. And they are always so detailed. You are one of my favorite artists on here, for your detail work, and the way you capture the perfect colors. Well done!

Mmmm my favourite "subject"
You did an AMAZING job on that drawing! It looks soooooooo like him.
great expression on his face and wow the details....when i see how small this drawing
is (in comparison to your hand) it's even more fantastic!. Do you use an One-hair-brush?
oh and i love the leather jacket! Super!!!
Really great work...as always

multiliners are actually quite precise with 0.03 or 0.05 nibs and yes I use percision brush as well
glad you enjoy

TomsGG In reply to DavidDeb [2011-07-21 06:44:17 +0000 UTC]

yes i do!
no idea what multiliners are...i only know (from technical drawings)pens with black ink with that size.
anyway.....really stunning work

DavidDeb In reply to TomsGG [2011-07-27 13:05:55 +0000 UTC]

copic multiliners are very fine tracer for fine lineart 0.03 and 0.05 are like thin hairlines
for instance, the rooftop of the daily planet from the 'Clark Kent' piece are made with sepia 0.03 liner

this is fantastic, as is the rest of your SV series.
I'm curious: For the details, do you use copic markers or microfibers?
