I love Lex. I think he's misunderstood on Smallville. He doesn't realize he's doing wrong, he thinks he's helping people. And no one realizes the reason he watches the ones who get close to him like a hawk is cause trust needs to be earned not given. He's only trying to protect himself, after all. If it were me I'd love Lex no matter what, and if he had me watched on cameras at all times I'd learn to deal with it and earn his trust, prove to him he can trust me.

No, but I've heard a lot about him. Some of my friends whose families have lived in the area for a while said their parents went to high school (the one I'm attending right now, actually) with him. Apparently his favorite teacher, who he visits from time to time, lives really close to a friend of mine.
I feel like a jerk for not mentioning it earlier, but I really like this drawing! The way you use colors is just fantastic.

I hafta say, this is irrevocably the BEST Lex Luthor portrait I've ever seen. You are just so talented with capturing his features and making him so realistic. It's beautiful, and of course, I'm a huge fan of the show and Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) I surely do miss that he's not on season 8 :/ He was my favourite. I suppose one of these days I should post some of my Smallville art, too. Overall, inspirational.
