It wasnβt hard for the Hound when people found him on the verge of death with a broken leg and everything. Wasnβt hard for Arya to run away from whatβs her name and kill her after having been stabbed in the guts over and over again in the previous episode before that. Shouldnβt be hard for Jorah to cure his greyscale either.

I mean have you seen his brother, they're not far off and also Arya knew he'd live hence why she didn't finish him
and Arya well she's just a natural survivor, a Stark who have done nothing but surviving throughout most of the shoes
like Bran escaping the walkers, Sansa and Jon surviving Ramsay etc
Plus Arya is one of the shows main characters and they let the hound live because they're planning to get him to meet Arya at some point

Yeah, Arya is one of the main characters ,but, she literally got stabbed in the guts how many times??? Even if the stabbing didnβt kill her, thereβs still the infection. She shouldnβt have been able to up and run off like that the very next day.
Perhaps, cuz the Hound is still on her kill list.
