They are all so beautiful! and it makes me even more sad for them and Mary and Elizabeth. I read about the war of the roses and how Henry's father fought hard to get the crown to be king of England and brought peace to the land, only for his legacy to be tarnished and made a mockery of by his son who married six women and had them beheaded for failing to give him a son and was cheating on Catherine with Anne Bolyn for the sake of lust and out of desperation for a son.
Henry the eighth embarrassed the whole Tudor family for what he did to his wives and how he made Mary go crazy, and Elizabeth (ironically a woman) had to fix the damaged her father and sister caused for their actions.

Look at that scantily clad Jane Seymour...She was the most pure out of all of them, so you gotta wonder at the costume choice for that...

anne of cleaves is wrong. she is supose to be . well, ugly
this actris looks fairly desint in my openon (heavy on the chest but no other complaints)

Ok I'm just gonna point it out, but there's no evidence that Anne of Cleves was ugly. Henry was slightly insane and he wanted a skinny girl with little shape, like Katherine Howard, and he got a Marilyn Monroe type. Anne wasn't ugly, she just wasn't to his taste. Some historians believe the "flanders mare" excuse was made up just as much to save his image because Anne thought HE was ugly...

*sigh* Poor Catherine (of Aragon). You could tell she really did love Henry, and Anne was just trying to get in his pants for power. And the show won't be the same without Sam Neil/Cardinal Wolsley. But I do love the show, and the time period, and your picture. Very beautiful.

One suggestion (delete unread if you don't want crits):
You might want to look for some references for the tricky business of drawing bodices on partially-turned torsos; both Anne Boleyn's and Catherine Parr's are turned too far toward us here. It's a very common problem - mapping clothes onto the geography of the body rather than the viewer's eye is difficult.
I don't know whether there are specific tutorials or pose books for this; if not, photographs are your best bet.

Gorgeous! Reminds me also of "The Six Wives of Henry VIII" series that was on PBS many years ago. Anne of Cleves and Katharine Parr were the luckiest- they survived being married to him. Even with Katharine Parr, it was a close thing. She almost didn't survive him.

truly incredible! I love the tudors, its my favourite program. I just can't believe the likeness you hae achieved. Yuu have really captured their characters and, in a way, their story. very charming, beautifully done. I also love the faid in the bottom corners. quiet tricky to do and get the intensity and detail aswell. lovely : )

I always wanted to watch The Tudors tv series but I think it only aired in UK.
Not in the USA. What a bummer...
