I saw this and I started to cry because I was so excited...which is really REALLY weird...but still this is my favorite scene (even thought it makes me cry) and you illustrated Frodo perfectly.

This probably brings to mind the old saying; "Parting can be such sweet sorrow." I always bawl like a baby at this scene!

I read the book as well years ago, but can't wait for the blu-ray release of the movies. they did such a great job with this trilogy

i have a poster with this a picutre from this scene on it. after the return of the king came out i couldn't look at it because i'd tear up...but it's one of my favorites

I spend a lot of time on likeness, that is what is most important for me in a drawing, but I still prefer my other Frodo piece, that's my favorite with the Legolas that is looking right
