Batman: The leader of the Injustice Syndicate. Born Bruce Wayne, his parents were murdered when he was just a boy. This made Bruce snap and caused him to become obsessed with finding his parents' murderer. After years, he eventually became Batman, a ruthless supervillain determined to kill everyone after becoming insane. His first murder was of Joe Chill, the man who killed his parents. Batman had a romantic relationship with Wonder Woman.

Superman: Kal-El was the last son of Krypton. When he crash landed on earth, he was taken by the Kents. His father was abusive and controlling which caused him to be raised evil. He became power hungry and with his powers, he became an unstoppable being. He helped Batman found the Injustice Syndicate. He is the co-leader.

Wonder Woman: Diana of Themyscira is a blood thirsty warrior from Themyscira, ruled by dangerous Amazon warriors. Born and bred to be the most fiercest warrior, Diana became a force to be wreckened with. She was even more stronger than Artemis. She became a founding member of the Injustice Syndicate.

Cyborg: After a freak accident, Victor Stone was cybernetically enhanced by his father, Silas Stone. Afterwards, his father began using his son for his experiments, even torturing him if necessary, claiming he was no longer his son, but a copy of his son. When the Government offered to take Victor for their personal needs, Victor broke free of containment and his first kill was of his father. Victor, now reborn as Cyborg, took control of S.T.A.R. Labs and took control over the technology in there. He commanded everything to kill everyone trapped inside. He personally hunted for his father, Silas, and killed him. Victor embraced his machine side and officially adopted the name of Cyborg. He became a ruthless killing machine and soon became a founding member of the Injustice Syndicate.

John Stewart: John Stewart was in the marines and an architect. After his family was gunned down, he snapped. John was the first to be recruited by Sinestro, where he became a Yellow Lantern. He became a founding member of the Injustice Syndicate.

The Flash: Barry Allen's life stopped when his mother was murdered and his father was framed. He eventually became an evil speedster and used his powers for evil to find the man that killed his mother. He became a founding member of the Injustice Syndicate.

Aquaman: Arthur Curry is the dark, ruthless and tyrannical King of Atlantis and the Oceans. He became a founding member of the Injustice Syndicate.

Hal Jordan: Hal Jordan was a pilot who was recruited by the Sinestro Corps like John Stewart instead of becoming a Green Lantern. He and John Stewart became partners and used fear where they rivaled with the Green Lantern Corps. He became a founding member of the Injustice Syndicate.

Martian Manhunter: J'onn J'onnz is the last surviving Martian of Mars. He is an evil version of your typical Martian Manhunter and the founding member of the Injustice Syndicate.
