Cotton candy, cotton candy, cotton candy, I'm whatchu want, not whatchu need! We finally got the delayed Helluva Boss season 1 finale called Queen Bee. I love her design, she has insect traits, but is also a fox as well. And the lava lamp effect in her mane and tail must've been a mouthful for the animators. The Gluttony Ring looks cool as well, I thought it was gonna have a bunch of restaurants where demons just keep eating, but the scene we get is more like a college partyhouse where hellhounds (the dominant species), imps, and other demons flat-out party.

Two things I need to point out first. First, why was this episode delayed? Our educated guess is that since Ke$ha voiced Beelzebub, she was originally gonna sing Cotton Candy but ran into some legal copyright issues with her studio who wanted royalties from the song, she was trying to get out of a contract at the time. So they had to re-record the song with a different singer who sounded really close to sounding exactly like her Rochelle Diamante.

Second, Bee's design has stirred some controversy online, mainly on Twitter, like "if she's the embodiment of the sin of gluttony, why isn't she fat?" Well making her obese would've been too easy and apparently stereotypical because there's more to gluttony than just eating a lot of food, it can also mean overindulging on anything really.
