Well this is something to behold. A while ago, AsapSCIENCE posted a video about what if humans were perfectly evolved? And given how our bodies turned out...yeah I can say evolution didn't think everything through. But the thing is evolution doesn't strive for perfection, just function. Evolution doesn't have a goal, it just tosses in whatever and see if it works or not. Anyway, my interpretation of these alternatives humans my be different, but I have my reasons. Be warned, some of the things I'll be talking about may make other uncomfortable, but it's for strictly education reasons, hopefully you've taken at least a sex-ed class by now. So if you can't handle what I'm about to say next, back out now, you've been warned.

Still here? Okay, here we go. First off, our feet kind of suck because we have more bones and toes than we need to walk, so Mitch and Greg went with ostrich like feet and ankles for better foot support. For this next part I have a question for you? Have any of you seen that alternate human named Graham if humans evolved to better survive car crashes? This guy right here: Graham . His knees are designed so they can bend in all directions so they're less likely to get injured, more on him later. This next one for the ladies, marsupial like childbirth so the babies can be born around the belly and not the...you know what. The baby would feed within the pouch so the nipples would be there too. So why does my alt. human female still have her boobs? Well I went with the reason why camels store fat in their humps, to preserve more fat in case food gets scarce besides the belly. Also, to prevent too much bouncing, the boobs will have more muscle for better support, think of it like the Female Titan in AoT. Oh yeah, male nipples need to go, they're useless, they only formed because in the embryo we start off as female before either becoming male or staying female during development. This one guys I'm sure we'll be happy for, our balls should be tucked back inside, no one likes getting hit in the family jewels, it hurts like hell. Anyway, our lungs need to be updated by becoming more swan-like. Swans can exchange oxygen through their lungs better than us, so our alt. human lungs should have the same. This one fore sure, cancer immunity genes! Other animals such as elephants have genes that dramatically decrease their odds of getting cancer, so human genes need to step it up too. Next are Graham's ribs for better impact absorption. This one is where it gets the most uncanny, no more necks. Reason being is they're too vulnerable to injury and even death. So how are we gonna make up for that? The other new updated features such as octopus like eyes because apparently our eyes evolved backwards with the retina at the back of the eye. Finally, for all you furries out there, our ears should be more dog-like for better hearing.

And there we go, our perfectly evolved human and...if you're creeped out by this I don't blame you. But hey, maybe if we did evolve like this, it wouldn't matter because you know what they say: beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I also made the alternate human racially ambiguous to avoid upsetting anybody. What would I name this alternate human? I'll have to get back to you guys on that. So what do you guys think? Do you wish we evolved this perfectly? Or is you mind spamming WTF so much that you prefer our original evolutionary design flaws and all?
