This organic spaceship was made as a sculpting exercise from plasticene over wire and wood. About 2 feet long. Its design is based on a Nemesis character vessel featured in the comic 2000AD.Related content

too bad you scrapped it, I would have loved to see other angles aswell.

He is still a work in progress. Gotta fix some of the deforming problems, so I can properly pose him.
If you are interested in 3d modelling, I might suggest trying the sculpting programs.
Sculptris for example, is a free program to try out the medium.

No i wont be colouring it as it was just a modelling exercise and i broke it up and reused the plastilene to make the other white figure in my gallery. I should have moulded it but i didnt.
As i recall the other figure also featured in the nemesis story.

Yes nemesis the warlock is the main inspiration and great uncle baal is right on the money.
They dont draw them like that anymore. Pity.

were you thinking of the Nemesis the Warlock characters ( Great Uncle Baal comes to my mind ) when you designed the 'nose' ?
