Now that BAM 02 is now released at this [link] , here are the images that I've included in the book.

The Dew Drop Inn. Eric's tavern of choice, located in the San Fran style Gloriana district in Vintanos. It's styled pretty much like Ronzo Murphy's Brickhouse Bar, and in fact, I used his exterior shot [link] as the foundation to my version. (There are also an Las Linda's influence as well, but I'll let you find that yourself; I made sure that the name was changed in the finished text.)

Here's a note on all those who use a light box; there is a proper way to use the controversial device. You only _start off_ with copying the form and structure of a given subject--the abstract composition of the piece--but then you turn the light off and work on from there with your own style. Note the differences between the Brickhouse and the Dew Drop. It might be a similar layout, but it's clearly in two different buildings.

Would you sue everyone who designed a web page with "Top Header, Left Navigation, Right Content, Bottom Footer" layouts because the CSS code's easy to duplicate, do you?
