Description
This is Azalia, an co-owned NPC (Myself and the DM) and Koji's first conquest. You can see the story here: [link]
Basically Azalia was a part-time barmaid who was looking for something more in her life. When Koji appeared, she was a perfect canidate for his standard "fancinate, charm, hypno, and bend into his will and then his bed" routine. He later decided to keep her and made her his 'girl friday' for the campaign, where she provides a ready and moving campsite for the party to use.
Of course, this also means that Koji puts her in a Geisha outfit. Similar to Croc putting his thralls in uniforms. Complete with a made-up face and a Pearl of Language that made her fluent in Jiushan. More or less.
However, don't think that Azalia was completely mind-controlled and brainwashed into being Koji's servant: It's more than that [link] . Azalia still worships Zarus, and appreciates having a deity that specalizes in humans, she's convined that Master Koji and the others are sent here by Zarus to deal with the sins done in his name, and that she's sent by that same deity to assist them. Add having a Master Kitsune Koji who's so nice and caring to her as well as appreciating her comedic attempts at his culture, and you'll find her to be a quite willing servant, if at least for the time-being.
Where does Azalia's life under Koji's wing--and who would say that Koji *can't* sprout wings if he wants to--lead from there? Well, that would be *telling*

Okay, the lineart is smooth, the posing is recognizable, but there's something about it that seems odd to me. Maybe it's the way the shirt looks; the bust comes to a corner almost, which only the starchiest of shirts would do.
But! Herein lies the game; there is a distinct lack of DETAIL in your work. The colors are flat, the clothes have no definition. The kimono is a beautiful garment, adorned with a thematic pattern; I don't know what you're aiming for with it here, but looking at actual ones will help.
On the right, there aren't any seams or folds in the cloth that give this ensemble any depth or variance; it's simply a flat covering with a flat color. Pull up a reference, check out some tutorials. It doesn't have to be overly fancy, but give these clothes (and the hair) some eye-catching detail.

I'll be looking for kimono refrences for future pieces with anyone with a kimono here. What I was doing here was just looking for the basics and working my way from there. The detail will come--along with a better komono--in a later scene.
