1) Scar looks like she just finished a 4-day drug and alchohol binge. The lines under her face should be lightened or removed.
2) The white halo around Scar and the pillow should be removed. Zooming in and coloring them in isn't hard to do.

Other than that, the picture looks fine.

I've made the edits to the image right now, and uploading an edited version for the prints as we speak.
