Is this her first change? If so, I wonder if all that metal in her face is going to pop out?
If she's done this before, it's clear that it won't pop out, but I still wonder about the nose-bridge pearcing.
Which is to say, this is a really impressive paint that really gets across her pain; it also sets my imagination running!
