I want this movie to rock! I really do. But can ANYONE blame me for being a bit nervous? I guess the thing that has me most worried is that ugly fire fly. While the rest of the movie shows promise the clips I've seen of him just seem to annoy me.

THEY'VE GONE BACK TO HAND-DRAWING? That just made my day. The animation on the hand-drawn films was so much prettier ... much more character. You can't get that same feel on a computer.

I agree, I get a bit misty eyed every time I think about this movie. (As an animator who's still in school and wants a career in 2D a lot of hopes are riding on this movie's success. That goes for a lot of my friends as well 
As for future fan art, gotta go with Dr. Facilier! I love disney villains and I love crazy doctors/witchdoctors! <3

There's randomly a lot of controversy about the movie. :< I really hope that doesn't get brought to the surface. It's always so hard to enjoy something when people are in the background griping about how intolerant they are.
[To anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, some people think it's wrong that the prince and princess aren't of the same race. :c ]
