This past weekend I had a wonderful experience leading a photography workshop in Atlanta at Atlanta Bound 2008. There were about 20 photographers and as many models participating. This is one of the demonstration images I shot during my presentation. I only had an opportunity to work with several models for about 30 minutes total. This is one of 4 images taken of Julie.The first for me with this image is the 1 second exposure time for an indoor studio type shot using Dynalites (4 light set up with a reflector).

I kind of dislike the lack of detail on the face.. Personal taste, it might be the postwork..
Still, it's a great capture and a great outfit, very glamorous shot!

In the full size 300 dpi version you do see the texture in the skin on her face....with the glamour adjustments I make they are minimized but still present. For a portrait I would leave them more visible. You have good eyes to see this in a 72 dpi image.
