She´s a town, she´s a village, in this case she´s a river!
Of milk by the way. She herself is taking a bath in it as well, why not? The horn lurking out of the flood, leads to speculations. There are some rare shrooms 'planted' in the surrounding and a snake is worming around them. The snake a symbol, that leaves the viewer to many different interpretations... that´s still the clue with all the symbols used for surreal art and makes it still so entertainining but thoughtprovoking.
The whole composition is nicely parted and all the digitally 'items' used are in perspective. I really like especially the subtle colors for this piece.

You have inserted the image in other tradition but in reality it is a photomanipulation because you have not used traditional painting techniques but you have used digital drawing programs like Paint, Photoshop or others that I do not know but are all based on the use of tablet or pc or mac.
I find a resemblance to the works of Klimt so if you took inspiration from him well done.
If that was not your purpose I find that it lacks perspective, the distance effect is given by the river but is totally eliminated by the golden grass that continues in the background. Mushrooms also eliminate depth because there is little color difference between the nearest and the farthest, the more distant the elements are in terms of distance, the clearer they must be.
Of the white water that comes down from the river and gives life to the river I peace the viscous effect that looks like paint but I do not like the sketches that it creates on the ground, they are too round.
The female figure is not well inserted in the image seems a simple image cut and glued with a passage of rubber on the side that must be integrated with water, if with the rubber tried to resume the movement of the water came out better.
