You've found yourself a very intruiging subject. I love how her clothes contrast with her skin. It's said before, but I agree that you should have left more space in the direction she's looking. It's a general rule; leave more space where the subject is looking. For some reason the viewer is always following the line of sight of the subject.

The vignetting you added (making the edges darker) looks nice, if you look at the figure. However the lines on the structure of the building are too harsh ,would look better if you faded it somewhat more there.

All in all, a nice shot. And very daring to take shots of strangers, I'm afraid they'd get mad at me.
