Here is some more development I did for 20th Century Fox; "They Came From Upstairs".. I posted some expressions awhile back and here is a design I did in the early stages. The project took a stylistic turn so this image is nowhere near the final look(reason it is okay to post)....after the stylistic turn it took another curve into the dumper....plug was pulled about 4 weeks ago.... but it was fun, and would have been cool to have some of my work in a live action film...yes...she is an alien being..

I did...the great thing about freelance is getting to work w/all different types of companies...
I got hired to do some concept/character/creature design for a live action film while on hiatus from Cartoon Network.....great thing was the dough and being able to do something totally different then Class of 3000 from Cartoon Network(very cartoony style) Even after going back to work still did stuff for Fox.....collecting two paychecks was nice...allowed me to buy a ring and propose to my gf.......
Lesson-try to never turn down work b/c you never know what it will lead to....this led to some great contacts for me in the live action world..
all in all..now I am out of a job(laid off a week ago Friday from CN) but I like the break and some things are in the works...may be working elsewhere soon enough...

she...had to be the tough muscle of the bunch but still very sweet and innocent...as you can imagine...a tough nut to crack...
