Overview: Cold-Cosmos is a sample transformation of the Frost-Demons species of Frieza

Details: It's not surprise that Dragon Ball and the other manga and animes across the decades is an anime with super powerful aliens and so influential to us and humankind taht it was just a matter of time to ever do a crossover artwork of this for Ben 10 and Dragon Ball too, I decided to make a crossover with Ben 10 in this type as an inspiration to made him capable to get this power in his Omnitrix in order to let him be useful too, as I see Buu as an unique being that the Omnitrix would catalog him as he get a close approach

The design is inspired by the classic Frieza, the size and tall is almost like the original and a regular adult too, the power and energy is between the Primordial level considering that he become powerful after a rigorous trainnign in years, in the start his powers were slightly better of the "Legendary level" but Ben perfected and improved in that form too over the years too

Power and Ability:
-As any Frost-demon, Cold-Cosmos has the ability and endurance to withstand of long and harsh enviroments of low temperatures and even survive and exist in the void of space no matter what, aside the fact that he could live for several centuries for being a race of long-live span as well as to increase its power by the endurance of extreme and harsh trainning that no other sentient being could ever survive as a close low zero chance of survival of any sentient species; Not to mention the ability to transform and change shape reducing its power too

Speed: He move betwene the light speed and is capable to cross and travel the planet to the space in seconds

Agility: In this transformation has good stamina and agility to dodge and evade the attacks, blasts and deadly powers. But depending on how fast and swift he can be, he could hit get hit and blasted by the attacks. He can even jumped up high for the moment, depending all in the situation he is, not to mention that he can match the powers of any adverssary in its reach

Close Combat: Has some basic skills of punching and kicking at his enemies. He also mastered the skills of martial-arts, fighting, kung fu and several fightign prowess that the Z warriors and the Saiyans know in actuallity, even the most difficult ones too, and several other types of combats in order to defend himself of any enemy he is facing, besides He can use his tail and other transformations in order to defeat its foes

Teachnqiues: Even if he can use this transformation, he relly on the death beam, death wave, death ball and other destructive killing attacks as the maximum reach of its power is of a planeet buster, and in his full power he could withstand the devastation of a planet or the blasts of a planet being destroyed as

-The power capabilities of him allows him to even survive the vaccum of space and withstand the destructive powers of a buster planet and his total limit allows him to literally devastate the entire planet, and even survive of said blasts if he keeps his full power intact

Weaknesses:

Low Ki power: Like any other sentient being if he sufferss external and severe damage or fights a foe who is more powerful than him or posses several devastatting attacks he may die or be defeated in the worst case scenario if he is nto careful in the fights

Power Down: Should he overuse his super powers or suffer damage beyond his limits, it will take some time and more rest to recharge his powers again.

Body: Even if its a powerful and dangeorus being he can be defeated, but as a "cold" and low temeprature sentient being the endurance of its species cannot let him survive in enviroments with an extreme heat or hight temperatures like the stars or the sun or else it may die, if he is blasted or is collidding with a star or black hole the possibilities of survival are very lows
