Ha, I am hungarian, but I do not speak the language at all. The lockscreen is a UCCW theme. You can download UCCW from the Play Store and you can find the 2 uzip files in the comments here: [link]

Just import them into UCCW.

Yeah, I run 1890mhz as my Max speed. My CPU usually sits around 52-55 degrees and doesnt pass 60 at full load.
