Dusthorror (my take) / Core breakdown if you wanna use a cooler name

Lore:

Basiclly the main plot is a DustTale timeline where the human and Murder end up fighting one of their encounters in the core where Sans, as a desperate mesure when he's about to lose, breaks the core causing an explotion to kill the human.
And surprisingly... it works!

This causes a kind of "softlock" for the human as they can't really win this fight since no matter how many times they retry Sans will always blow up the core and kill them, so they just give up abbandoning the game.
One of the rare cases where Murder is the one who wins in a DustTale timeline.

But with the human out of the picture we go back to Sans.
After he destroyed the Core he actually managed to escape by teleporing, however...
Before he could teleport away the explosion that killed the human manged to barely reach him, burning half of him alive and breaking part of his skull.

Sans teleported back to his house where he passed out after a few seconds from the shock of the explosion.

Some days had passed since the Core explosion and survivors of Sans' and the human's slaughter started to rise up from the ashes once again, thinking the murderers had both died.

However at the same time Sans woke back up from his coma and went back out again, paranoid the human had survived, he started to kill again, hunting down the old survivors who were starting to come out of their hiding spots.

Starting another genocide of monsterkind yet again...

Extra facts:

-The crack in his skull makes him have various problems such as:
Headaches
Loss of memory
Hallucinations
And straight up blacking out for a few seconds at random moments.

-After what happened in the Core he sees the hallucination of his brother in a different way, instead of seeing the normal phantom papyrus he sees a fully burnt and smoking version of him that doesn't speak but just stares at him blankly.
At first he is afraid of this new papyrus and didn't want to look directly at him but after a while he grew used to this new papyrus.

-As a result from his head injury he has become rather unpredictable and his attacks are hard to avoid as a result, most of the times they'll do the exact opposite of what you'd expect them to do.
His blaster attacks are especially unforeseeable as after what happened to his head he has an hard time fully controlling them.

-He also sees another hallucination that normally appears at the edge of his view and disappears when he goes to directly look at it.
This hallucination looks somewhat like Frisk but burned and melting with a creepy expression, sans believes it is actually real and further proof the human is still alive and he needs to kill more.

-He also uses the old horror sans weapon concept of the Thigh Bone, he normally uses this to finish off his victims and it's his favorite weapon.
