That is a great bit of work. I particularly like the Route 93 shield being modified into a shoulder guard! Before I saw the Vault-111 collar tabs, I thought maybe this guy was from Vault-93 and I was frantically searching my memory to see if there was anything special about it!
It's a nice touch that you put holstered weapons on the character; it always weirds me out a little when a character is carrying a dozen weapons that just vanish when they're not equipped!
