The banshee that first was a drow and then somehow was retconned into one of those shadow rift faery things.
The wolfwere bard with the berserking sword. From the domain were people drink that berry wine and sing and crap. The meistersingerdomain.
Lord Soth. Who had vampire kender. *shudders*
The Dracula ripoff from the original Ravenloft module, lort Whatsisface. yes I know he is the most famous Darklord in Ravenloft but bugger me if I can remember his name. He ruled Barovia, I remember that.
"Adam", The Frankensteins Monster ripoff. The guy who made him was named Mordenheim, so I guess he could me Mordenheim's Monster instead.
Azalin the lich-dude.
The ghost who was haunted by his wife and kid he killed. Based on some dude from the second original Ravenloft module, but now actually given a personality and motivation. Like Azalin, by the way. I dont remember his name either, I'll just call him Sir Morkenteplorken.
I could actually go to Domains of Dread and look them up but that would be cheatin'.

The Banshee is Tristessa (I think that's how you spell it) I had no idea they retconned her.

Azalin and Lord Godefroy (I think) - were from the sequel to Ravenloft called The House on Griffon Hill. I have those old originals.
