It occurs to me that these clothes were made for a non-living doll, not for the comfort of a living being, so they might feel uncomfortable on Kyle. Also, a cartoon doll's bodily proportions may not be realistic, so even at the same height the doll's clothes might not fit. In real life, a Barbie doll's proportions are unrealistic -- a female the same height as Barbie would find Barbie's clothes very tight and unwearable.
But, I'll allow a little license and assume Hiro's clothes do fit, and not too uncomfortably.
Aside: if Kyle returns home wearing Hiro's clothes, he'll have tangible proof that he visited a parallel dimension of large scale, since the fabric and threading of the doll's clothes would be coarse compared to most clothes of his own world.
