Eva Green as Hel, goddess of death.Hel is a cold, cruel and wicked goddess. Her kingdom is her prison and she feels no loyalty to the gods. She gladly fights for her father and all the kindness in her died long ago. I wanted someone dark but beautiful. Im not really a huge Eva Green fan but I think she has her moments and I think she could play a quiet, dark goddess. Plus I think she has a kind of cold beauty, she doesn't seem warm or inviting andI think it would be way cool to see half of her body as beautiful and half decaying and morbid.

From your description of the character it seems to me Eva Green is a very good choice. She can easily do wicked and beautiful at the same time.

I am not a huge fan of Eva in most parts, because she is so different, but WOW.
Nice one! This is just perfection!
She is very dark, and a great actress...After watching her in 'Camelot' and 'The Golden Compass', I think she could pull it off!

I was never a fan as well...And, she is only pretty sometimes...
She needs a lot of makeup to look good, sadly.
But, her natural look, or her made up look would be great for Hel!
