Karl Urban as Thor, god of thunder.Thor is the favorite son of Odin and second only in power to Odin. He is a fierce warrior who gladly leads the other gods and delights in slaying the wicked frost giants. I loved Karl as Eomer in LotR and in Pathfinder, he makes a great warrior. I think he would bring an intensity and strength to the character, but also be able to give Thor some depth as well.

Oh thank you! I love Paul Telfer, and I am going to do a Greek Gods gallery after this one and keep him as Hercules because I think he did so well in the mini series and I haven't seen anyone I like better. I felt kind of iffy when I first put Karl as Thor too, but I haven't really seen anyone I like better. I actually do imagine thor as older, like late 30's early 40's, but I could see why people like him younger. Just different interpretations I guess.
