One of my favourite superheroes, or villains depending on how you play. I'm surprised the X men never wanted to pick him up.

Great character! I could see it being used in a modern day urban fantasy mmo!

Infamous is the game that used this character. Original design of character not by me. This is just a mini replica.

Got to dig a man with a sense of what turns on the electricity, I wonder if he's ever used that as a pick up line?

Like the red lightning. The older models remind me of Half-Life or Quake.

Any chance I could get the texture files from you?....These look awesome and I get better by looking at the actual texture files

Man, I would so appreaciate to see the texture for this model.
Rather, it's about mapping and I've always had a few problems with it.
This model distributes texture space in just the right way. Wanna see how a pro does it.

I'm not really pro at it...there are mistakes due to my laziness.
when unwrapping just keep note that the proportion of each mesh had to be the same unless that portion of the mesh require higher/lower level of detail (eg. face)
Here a shot of my map: [link]
not really efficient but it is sufficient

You rhymer, you.
Oh, wow. It's a clean map, I'd say. Not compact, but the model certainly works.
May I also ask how you're so good at making these textures? I mean, cloth folds are my worst enemy. D:
(Thanks, btw. Major helo, great sensei.)

It is about having references...sometimes it is hard to visualize so you just refer to photos/examples that will guide you in creating them.
(eg. cloth folds for pants, google images of pants and you'll get all the type of folds you'll need.)
Looking at high poly sculpt helps too. And from those, try to understand the lighting and shadows of those parts and paint it out.
