PHILIPPINE EAGLE......DAVIS IIWATER COLORS ON 140 lb. PAPER
35 hours to complete but finally done, hope you enjoy this rare Eagle.
The Philippine Eagle (Pithecophaga jefferyi), also known as the Monkey-eating Eagle, is an eagle of the family Accipitridae that is endemic to forests in the Philippines.
It has brown and white-coloured plumage, and a shaggy crest, and generally measures 86–102 centimetres (2.82–3.35 ft) in length and weighs 4.7 to 8 kilograms (10 to 18 lb).
Among the rarest, largest, and most powerful birds in the world, it has been declared the Philippines national bird.[2] It is critically endangered, mainly due to massive loss of habitat due to deforestation in most of its range. Killing a Philippine Eagle is punishable under Philippine law by twelve years in jail and heavy fines.

Sure glad you enjoyed my PHILIPPINE EAGLE, it is done on 140 lb. paper
(Weight ; means that 500 of those sheets will weigh a certain amount. For example: 500 sheets of 140 lb watercolor paper will weigh 140 pounds. Weight can also be determined by grams per square meter. So, if a paper is rated at 640 g/m2, that means that one square meter of that paper weighs 640 grams.
I realize it sounds misleading but that's how they market it.
