Love the torso twist going on there, and framing his wing in the shadow like that-- ooh, yes, stroke of brilliance!!
As for the hand holding the sword, I think if you just raise the two middle knuckles a bit, it'll make it more convincing.

Ah this is so SWEET. I love the expressions, and the design of the angelman. His hair especially. The curl in the end of his hair makes me happy.
