I think your over stylizing your work a bit to the point it doesn't completely look realistic in a visual sense. I like the hands and the face but the clothing is just to fake. What I recommend you do is use some visual reference to help guide you in properly understanding folds and wrinkles in clothing. Other then that I think you will have a more solid illustration.
Don't get personal about my comment its just my view on what I believe needs to be add/subtracted or adjusted.

while I enjoy your finished work... I love the rough pencils. I find that roughs have a stronger sense of urgency, which can sometimes get lost in the finishing/inking of stuff. Great posture/ expression on the figure...I especially dig the way the clothing and accessories are kinda blowing in an unseen wind... great stuff as always man...

pencils look sharp. i love seeing how you put it all together. i never knew you did the same as me, start off with a loose sketch and clean it from there. that's what i try to tell some of my artist friends to do.. but it's not too easy to explain.

Hmm. I can see a lot of new stuff from you, just in this one image. You've grown, a helluva lot, but you exaggerate a tad much. Ichigo looks like he's 27, because of the strong pronounced brow. This makes it hard for me to see the story behind this pinup. But then, you're up against someone whose romanticised the exploits of a hero and just how Oscar worthy Episode 54 was...
